Data Privacy Statement

1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

We do not collect any personal data from you when you visit this website.

2. Use of cookies

When calling up certain pages, a so-called "session cookie" is set. This is a small text file that is automatically deleted from your computer at the end of the browser session. This file is used exclusively in order to access certain applications. With most web browsers you can change the settings so that your browser does not accept new cookies, or you can have cookies deleted. You can usually find the relevant information for your browser by consulting its help function.

3. Server log files

As with any connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider Novatrend Services GmbH in Wallisellen, Switzerland, logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the data, the access time and the type of browser. This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. Novatend uses technical and organizational measures to protect this data from unauthorized access and does not pass it on to third parties. If we process any personal data, we do so solely because of our interest in presenting our website to you and providing you with the best possible user experience.

4. Analytics

This website uses Matamo Analytics, an open source web analytics service, www.matomo.org. Matomo uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how you use the site.

Matamo uses this information to evaluate your use of the website on behalf of the operator of this website, and to generate reports on website activity. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Matomo is not combined with other data from search engines.

You can prevent cookies from being saved or delete them by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser.

5. Use of social media plugins

On the CREP website, no additional programs are used in the form of so-called "Social Media Plugins", which transmit IP addresses directly to the providers of social networks. The control elements of the graphical user interfaces visible on the CREP web pages (so-called "buttons") are exclusively links to the corresponding providers of social networks.

6. Changes of our data protection regulations

We reserve the right to adapt this Data Privacy Statement to ensure that it always complies with the current legal requirements, or to implement changes to our listed services in the Data Privacy Statement, e.g. when introducing new services. For your next visit the new Data Privacy Statement will then apply.
